Program 1: What Do I Want?
To lay a strong foundation for finding a career or job that provides you with meaning and fulfillment, you must first determine where you personally look for meaning. You may already have some general ideas, but the more clarity and precision you have before beginning, the more effective and efficient your search will be.
Coaching sessions will focus on identifying and prioritizing your most compelling sources of meaning and fulfillment. Supplementary worksheets will aid you in directing your attention to self exploration topics as well as to socially meaningful organizations and causes, in any of these areas:
- identify your key values
- surface the patterns in your personal and family work history
- compile a "meaningful incidents" scrapbook from memories, media and stories
- identify the strengths you want to feature
- write a eulogy for yourself - the impact you've had
- discover your personal definition of success
- identify a personal challenge you want to answer
2 months weekly (one hour) coaching... $400 per month
8 coaching hours @ $100/hour. Frequency determined individually.

Program 2: Where Do I Fit?
You may have clarified your vision of the type of work you want, and now it's time to look into where and how you're most likely to actualize it. In Program 2, you will learn how to strategically package your competencies and interests to take advantage of publicized opportunities and identify hidden ones.
