The Six Stations that represent the essential elements of a successful career search:
- Getting Ready - doing a work autobiography; filling your Hope Chest
- Packing Your Bags - writing a personal mission statement; identifying what to take with you from your experience, interests and talents
- Befriending Fear - learning the principles of positive change
- R & D – the pragmatics of investigating career possibilities
- Trips to the Dumpster – letting go of what no longer serves you
- Envisioning – creating a clear picture of the elements present in your right work

The Career Quest program uses the internet together with six hours of group coaching via telephone sessions. You will get a workbook to learn the skills and insights belonging to each Station, knowledge you can use over and over as you navigate your career journey.
