Sometimes you have to make important decisions, or deal with difficult situations that will influence people and outcomes. It's important to get it right.
But you've probably noticed that stressing about "trying to get it right” can mean you start getting in your own way – second-guessing, procrastinating, perseverating. The result is that clarity and open-heartedness suffer.
What you really want to do is bring “graceful” (defined as both “elegantly efficient” and “divinely guided”) attention to the issues, grounding yourself in deeper wisdom so that your actions or decisions may have the fullest possible positive impact.
Whether you’re struggling to find a solution, or you know in general what to do but feel your solution doesn’t represent your best, an Intensive session will help. In it you’ll have an experience of accessing Guidance, or heart-based wisdom, that illuminates the way forward, and you’ll have clarity about implementing the solution in a spirit of loving kindness.
Types of questions effectively dealt with in an Intensive session can include: How do I deal with a difficult manager or boss? How do I handle my stress level better? or Is this the right job for me? To make the session optimally useful, you’ll submit your question beforehand and get feedback on framing it so that it lends itself most effectively to solution.
You have a choice of formats. You can purchase a 1-hour session, as described above. Or choose a 3-hour package and give yourself a more time, allowing greater depth as well as time for reflection and/or action in between sessions.
