Here's how it works:
You sort a series of cards, either manually or online, to systematically identify your career aspirations and capabilities. You define your highest values, clarifying what is important to you, and where you need to focus. Next you identify your most enjoyable skills. Then, your career alternatives are described in skill-based terminology. Contemporary job titles and descriptions of typical responsibilities are provided. You are also directed to web sites where you can research the careers that match your profile.
After sorting the cards you will read a remarkably detailed description of your personality theme that includes information about how you communicate, your leadership style, how you function on a team and the best work environment for you.
